This is very common in areas considered to be an inner city where concerned residents complaints go unanswered. The only solution is to just remove one self to a better area. People are entitled to decent safe and sanitary housing.

Downtown Jersey City is definitely a suburbs mostly white Americans, Chinese, Indians and some black Americans that don't acknowledge their blackness, the uppity type. I never see a heavy police presence Downtown because their busy getting overtime policing the sleeping giant. People Downtown and all other suburbs definitely have some involvement in the creation of black inner cities. Many of them own the dilapidated properties in the urban areas such as Greenville. There's a few on Claremont Ave & Bramhall Ave. Such properties drop property values and enable crime to increase affecting everyone's quality of life and making residents products of an environment created by the owners who live elsewhere. That's typical in a predominantly African American region. The loud music ordinance exist in Union City and look who the residents are. Black neighborhoods are made to be chaotic. The police 🚔 have orders not to address certain situations and that's how the capitalist want things to be. The good people just have to remove themselves from a bad situation if things aren't going to change.
