MARYLAND LIQUOR STORE IS ON THE CONNER OF MACK AND WAYBURN STREET, HE REFUSE TO CLEAN AROUND AND IN ALLY OF HIS STORE. IT IS NOT RIGHT FOR A STORE OWNER TO LEAVE TRSH IN FRONT AND BACK OF STORE. HE NEED TO BE FINE FOR HAVING TRASH, WEEDS, LIQUOR BOTTLES, AND LEAVING THE ALLEY FILTHY AND NOT BEING RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TRASH AROUND HIS STORE.
