City Planner and Police Executive Officer met with Republic Waste this morning (8/3). We presented the ordinance and conditional use approval stating no garbage pickup is permitted prior to 7AM for the PetSuites to the Operations Supervisor. He told us he would work with his drivers to revise their route accordingly.

City Planner spoke with a representative of the PetSuites this morning (8/3). He will work with the owner to resolve the lighting issue (have them turned off overnight).
