Graffiti on east wall of Barstow just north of Oakland.
This location is also a drug and sex gathering place for teenagers. It's not unusual to find used condoms and wrappers on the street. Cars park here nearly every night with teens running back and forth between cars. Obvious sale and purchase of drug site. The smell of marijuana is also not uncommon.
