I don't understand why this issue was closed. I walked past there, 107 Ellery, this afternoon, and the plants and vines are still growing out over part of the sidewalk. I thought plants are not supposed to extend further than the edge of the sidewalk. I can't see that anything has changed since I reported this. Why was it closed?!

Stating the address as 107 Ellery was a mistake. The location is 170 Ellery. I hope you have that address as an open issue; the botanical obstruction on the sidewalk is still there, no change.

The correct address is in fact 107 Ellery (not 170), and it should be open; it has not been resolved. I don't know why it was changed to a tree pruning request; I reported botanical obstruction on the sidewalk--vines and other plants are extending out over the sidewalk. I reported this AGES ago, but nothing has been done. I have been notified twice that it has been closed.
