Workers dug this out like 2 years ago for a project and just left it. It's several inches deep and annoying as hell to hear everyone hit it out front of my house. Someone in the neighborhood has filled it with dirt and rocks to ease everyone's drive but that doesn't last long before it has to be fixed again.
