Seriously, there is so much dead wood, dead trees, that a real fire corridor exists. I am not sure about liability now that it’s been bright to your attention. Kids play and congregate in this area, and one misplaced cigarette could put homeowners at risk. Not a fun job to get this overgrown mess under control, but doing so could prevent harm. Time to manage this.

Well, What is Woody’s take on this? Almost a year, and the dead wood has increased. It’s going to be a dangerous fire season with all the drought issues and dry/dead residential properties. The creek area is a tinderbox! Clean it up please. Homes are in danger because it’s been left to rot.
