I couldnt agree more. Clearly many of these spots are not used or the handicap people who use them are always out at some underground secret handicap get together. I live on East 6th St. between G and H ands there are roughly 6-8 handicap spots always unoccupied. I am all for those who are in need of these spots to have them but there is clearly some abuse going on. By abuse I mean that these people are not using them or their family members who are not handicap themselves are using them!!
