2011/06/07: witnessed a SEPTA bus run a red light this morning against a walk signal. Please ask SEPTA to review driver safety practices here.

The chirping you hear tells the vision challenged they can proceed (to their deaths).

goes on all the time, nothing will be done about it....they have no respect for motorist whatsoever.... heck, cops are at those lights some mornings and just let it happen....oh well

yes, the police are present to direct traffic but refuse to enforce the law. looks like some sweet OT to me.

someone will have to die before this gets addressed. that's the philly way!!! (not quite sure why philly311 won't touch issues in this vicinity. perhaps the good councilperson has a problem with them meddling in his affairs)
