The basin behind my home is still block 12794 Filbert, The basement floor drain still has water in it. So pumps are kepted on in case it rains.

A. Water Dept has been out to put on door hangers, But have not been out to clear basin, They say contact FEMA. I've called DTE to have them light water tank, But, cancelled because of standing water. No one is given good info it's just a run around.
