I noticed that you reported this issue before the watch area for Streets Maintenance was created so I notified them for you.

I also sent Mary Ellen Sprague, District 4, an alert about this as her watch area was created after your issue was reported.

From now on, Miss. Sprague and the Streets Maintenance Department will be receiving all correspondence regarding this issue.
