Description

CT transit bus, as well as EVERYONE ELSE, speeding on Woodin street. It doesn't matter what direction. Going "up" to Dixwell or "down" to Wintergreen. Cars, SUVs, trucks and buses must average 45-50mph on Woodin street. This ENTIRE street is a 25mph zone.
