City needs to put a left turn arrow on the light at Vine St and Lakeland Blvd. Its a major traffic issue at about 4:00pm. Only 2 cars get through the light to turn.

this issue was on here about a year ago....I know..I put it on.
There was an arrow once....You are talking about westbound vine st at Lakeland....Correct?

And yes, there was a left turn arrow there prior to the reconstruction.
(There is a left turn signal for eastbound traffic to enter Route 2 Eastbound)
Now there is a right turn arrow for the Route 2 Eastbound entrance ramp.
We need a left turn arrow more than a right turn arrow.
I think the contruction company put the signal up on the wrong side
and just doesn't want to admit that it screwed up!
