Hello. There is a person everyday using the corner of Santa Cruz and Doyle, in front of the Bank of America Building, as his office. He is hooking up to the public electrical outlet to charge his phone and computer. At 830pm on 8/8, the attached pictures show that he left 3 large water containers, his electrical charger, plastic fold up table and other items. How can this be allowed? This is essentially an encampment. What are your thoughts?

Now that both branches of the MP Library are open most days of the week our downtown remote worker may be interested to know he can plug in and work in more comfortable, quiet environments where he will not need to provide his own furniture.

The Menlo Park Main Library and Belle Haven Branch Library reopened to indoor public access July 6, 2021. Both locations are open during the following hours, which may change and/or expand in the future:
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays: Noon-8 p.m.
Fridays and Saturdays: 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
Sundays, Mondays and holidays: Closed
