Utility work was started in May 2021 and has been left like this since. Grass sod has been killed, other pot holes not seeded and weeds have taken over. Would like this to be resolved asap so we can removed the fencing, and restore our yard. No one has been on site since May.

"The fiber that is used is made by Corning. Like most companies COVID has taken its toll on production of this fiber. I do know today it’s coming in faster but it is still delayed. To help speed this process Corning has hired every freight company in the area to deliver this fiber. We receive anywhere from 4 to 10 reels a day. In short yes we have had issues but it’s gotten better ." I will ask AT&T when this area is scheduled. Thank you for your patience.

AT&T just got back with me. Below is their response in quotes. "I just checked the progress for that location. I am still waiting on 4 fiber pieces that total 15k ft. All of the pipe for that job is placed, so when those 4 pieces once here will be placed quickly. I do not have a hard date because of the delay in this fiber, but it will be on the top of the list." AT&T.
I am keeping your SEE CLICK FIX opened until this is addressed.

Thank you for submitting your picture. I will send your picture and this response onto AT&T and their sub-contractor. The City of Topeka Standard Specifications is as follows:
'1.07 DAMAGE TO PREMISES.
The Contractor shall be responsible for the repair or replacement of any public or private
property which is damaged by the Contractor's operations and which is not shown on the
Drawings to be removed.'
'1.08 CLEAN-UP.
A. Construction Requirements. Clean-Up is considered an integral part of the work. As the
work progresses, the working area shall be kept clean of trash, debris, and junk, and promptly
restored to a condition equal to or better than that prevailing before construction.'
