Here is one for you. I ride the Cats Bus everyday and I purchase a 7 day pass every week. It seems to never fail that when I get on the bus, one or more individuals will get on and one of the following will certainly happen. 1. Someone will have an expired transfer ticket. 2. Not have enough fare. 3.Not have fare at all. 4. Have an expired weekly or monthly pass. 5. Give the driver a sob story AND have a drink or fast food in hand. 6.Walk on and immediately sit down and start fumbling through a purse or wallet hoping the driver will forget about it, which they always do. 7. Have a large bill and try to make change and end up getting a free ride. I pay a fair price, why are they exempt? Cats has the nerve to raise fares, so I can pay for these losers? All the while, the drivers are giving away the store!!!
