On june 25,26, July 17, and now August 11,12 , every time it’s a major storm the basement drain pushes up water brown water and it’s getting to be really ridiculous my insurance is pending if I had replaced my appliances furnace hot water tank I will be buying another one and make another claim something Has to be done for the existing sewer system in my home and outside the city water department if they’re having problems with the pump it shouldn’t be my problem in my home I pay my water bill and treatment for sewer water so much I should not have to suffer with sewage water in my home.
