Storm drains for Flag Meadow Brook heading under Varnum Ave. need to have leaves and debris cleaned out. Shannon Cowen usually handles this once a year but they haven't been out yet. This area has flooded before in the heavy spring rains due to this drain being clogged and I don't want to see that happen again. Thanks!!
