Description
The property owners adjacent to the beach access path at the end of Surf Ave have posted their “Private Property” signs on public property. The owners legally own up to the "average high tide" line (remember, there is a high-high tide, and a low-high tide) but these folks post their signs a foot into low-high tide, a good 15 feet from the average line. They have then been using a small beach combing machine to clean up the flotsam and jetsam at the high-high tide line. But a glance further down the beach to their neighbors shows the truth.
