Thanks for reporting. I have referred this to the City’s Housing and Environmental Inspections Division. When the inspectors have had a chance to investigate I will post an update.

An inspector inspected property on 5/23/2014 and found no violations at this time. Violations found at 4427 Laurel Hills Dr on the corner of Galax and Laurel Hills Drive, we will follow-up on this one.

These should have been resolved at this point. If not, they will go to abatement by the City's contractor with a lien placed on the property for the cost of the abatement. The inspector will continue to follow up until the issue is resolved.
