Description
This is the same issue I reported a few months ago which was subsequently fixed but now has reverted back to the previous condition. That is, when approaching Tilly Mill from Womack, prior to 6 AM, making a left turn, the traffic light will not grant a left turn for about 30 seconds even when there is no traffic in either direction on Tilly Mill.
