I would like to inform Darby Police that on Spring Valley Road people are driving down the street at the speed of Nascar drivers!! The speed limit posted is 15mph!! The police would be able to give out plenty of tickets if the sat in the alley at the beginning of the street and another at the end of the of the alley where cars have to go left!! Thank God that the can't speed down the alley behind Spring Valley Road because there are too many HUGE potholes!!
