Description

Drivers continuously use this part of 4th street as a way to avoid the traffic lights on Kennedy and Missouri, and do so around 30-40 mph. And often in the wrong direction. There are a number of children that live on this street, many senior citizens, and moderate foot traffic due to the E2-3-4 buses on Kennedy and neighborhood child care centers. Please consider studying this street, or just install traffic calming measures (since the residents here have studied this plenty).
