On the new handicap ramp on the corner of Vine and Main (the corner on the Saugus Center Side) there is a raised curb that almost caused a wheelchair bound pedestrian to tip over. This was reported to me by an elderly resident who witnessed it. Perhaps an adjustment can be made to the new ramp or area surrounding it? Thanks Joe!

When I saw this e mail I informed the party that told me it was done. They went and looked and said nothing was done. Can you and I look at this together?

The foreman states that the request has been done. Also, he will meet with anyone to get this issue resolved. Have the person call DPW and I will set up a meeting.

This request was finally resolved. The highway foreman talked with Mr. Decareau who made
the complaint and told the foreman exactly what the problem was, which was resolved.
