Hallett Street, Jane Street are been used as a garage for fixing cars and bringing junk cars, there is no parking due to their towed truck, a few flat bed trucks and a bunch of junk cars brought to remove parts, it’s hard to even see when driving around there, they double park, their legs on on the street when working under the cars, they work until 2 am sometimes later with constant loud music blasting. It’s been a year and is non stop. Hallett St/ JaneSt and Jane St/ Helen st .. please take care of this issue! They spill oil etc on the Streets also making it difficult for home owners to live at peace, have a clean neighborhood, parking and making it dangerous for us.
