Deskripsyon

Found an attic apartment for rent. However, there doesn't appear to be a fire escape. Is this legal? Owner says it's a 3 family, but city states it's a two family building.

This apartment is still being rented illegally to this day. There's a family of 4 living there now, I don't believe it is safe even for two people!
