This house has been vacant for approx 18 months and has been gathering place for trash in the back including broken windows, old tires, buckets, etc. It is a breeding ground for rodents and insects no that the weather is warmer. People are living downstairs (legally unknown) and the upstairs is still vacant snd believe it has been cited by the City.
