We've brought this issue up for YEARS. We've told you someone would get hurt. Someone finally did, me! Isn't that a gorgeous bruise from tripping over the MASSIVE 8ft long by 3ft wide pothole at the end of my driveway? I was specifically told people were coming to pave this and repair it. That was almost two years ago. I called a year after and the same guy said oh wow we were just talking about you but I couldn't recall the address. Gave him the address and he said (for the second time) it would be done soon. Well now here we are at year two, nothing has been done, and now it's causing injuries. Either the city needs to repair this, or we will fix CITY PROPERTY ourselves. And yes, it IS city property. It is NOT an easement. Our property line ends halfway through our driveway. This is a POTHOLE in the asphalt ROAD that meets the driveway. If you don't want to fix us just someone, LITERALLY ANYONE, just say YES that we can fix it ourselves. We have someone elderly here too and will hold the city personally responsible if she is injured. You all have known about this, you know it is dangerous, you know you filled it with rock as a solution that erodes into our yard and causes flooding and parasites.
