I have also repeatedly reported this along with pictures. The last response I got was that the owner had been contacted, but that was months ago and then the case was closed. I reopened it and still have yet to hear from the city. This is in reference to the duplexes at 2106-2116 Elvira St

Hey FayFixIt, that is the same thing you told me on 17 Jun 2021 regarding the exact same location (it is multiple duplexes from 21) and then you closed the ticket on 22 Jul 2021 after I sent 2 more messages. I then reopened it on 23 Jul 2021 and you changed the service request ID # to 373218.

That should have read in parenthesis "(it is multiple duplexes)", but there is no way for me to edit it.

I just called the city and gave them every reference number going back to February and stated that if nothing is addressed by end of the month we will be moving forward with our next means to compliance, which neither the city or realtors for this address are going to want.

Following up on this on going issue the roll carts have not moved and bow trash, mattresses, and other items are piled next to the cans curbside. I've seen multiple rats running up and down the street and raccoons in and out of those cans. Trash is spilling into the street.

It's been 1 month today and the curb is still littered with trash, bulk items, and roll carts. Can we get an update?

October 2 2021 and the cans and garbage are still curbside. It's time to contact a news crew and an attorney
