We have not yet identified or contacted your property manager. We called several businesses listed at this address, but only one number was not disconnected.
In the meantime, we called Council member Alan Gerson's office:

and spoke to Diane Stein. She suggested that you call her after you file a complaint with 311, and she will follow up your complaint with HPD.
Note: Starting Jan 1, your council member will be Margaret Chin: 212 964 2009

Council Member Gerson's office contacted HPD, who said they would look into this. Council Member Gerson's term is ending on 12/31/09. If the problem persists, call 311.
