It’s an eyesore

Any candidate for Mayor of a city who knowingly violates zoning code is a weak candidate. Large signs in residential areas are prohibited. Codes cited homeowners on MLK near 38th Ave N. The signs we're removed. Still, this candidate persists on thumbing his nose and places another sign.

We have forwarded this complaint about a sign at 816 38th Ave N to our Codes Compliance Assistance Department, and they will now inspect the location and take any necessary action. Sincerely, Mayor's Action Center

How do you know the homeowner didn't get a permit to have a larger sign?
Guess you'd know a weak candidate - one who is desperate enough to gripe about this stuff
