I can't believe that the state has removed the traffic light at the construction site at the intersection of Burlington Ave. at Cindy Lane. The state paid a private company to install the light, then paid to remove it and then in three months when the project starts again they will pay to reinstall it and then remove it when the project is completed. Why couldn't they just turn it off and then put a plastic bag over it for the winter. I have seen that done on many construction projects. This is just one more example of the waste of our tax dollars. Thanks.
