Description
Sheila Smoot, owner of the property at issue, has for several months listed the property on AirBNB as a short-term rental property. Renters have been coming and going from the property, and other home owners are complaining. This is a violation both of the Ross Bridge Neighborhood Association ("RBNA") covenants and the City of Hoover Code for this area. She has been notified repeatedly by RBNA to cease, but she has refused. We request that you take appropriate action against this owner, based on her violation of the City of Hoover Code. The AirBNB listing is available at: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/49998858?source_impression_id=p3_1629405047_%2FWtV9zwUF%2B0HNQ8Z
