I think the request of more drop down options should be added. And link my DC311 account to DC Government Online Service Request.

My other beef with this app -- why am i looking at Service Request opened/closed few years ago. this app doesn't filter out very well.

If DC Government won't replace it, I guess we will have to wait till new administration who will be better than current administration.
