Good morning. Sorry this was not completed. Taking a look at the note left by the crew it seems like we might have been taken an incorrect location. Would you be able to specify the address a bit more? We used 3947 E Trigger Way, as written above. Below is where the GPS took us.

I don't see 3947 E Trigger Way written above? The cans are located just north of 3890 S Napa Ln. Corner of Napa Ln and Trigger.

Thanks for calling this morning to talk to us about this.

We will work to determine if a neighbor is leaving this out at the curb instead of rolling it out and back for collection or if the containers belong to a vacant property. Once we have that info we can make contact with the resident or schedule the containers for removal.

09/15/21 I did a site check. 2 black 95 and 1 blue 95 was picked up. all three bins were clean and was returned back at yard for inventory.
