There has consistently been cars and work vehicles parking up to the intersection blocking the right turn lane. It blocks vehicles and forces un needed traffic signal cycles because every vehicle traveling south is forced into the left lane of traffic. Please mark the curb as no parking in a proper way to prevent this obstacle. ( or ticket the vehicles parking within 10 feet of the intersection.)
