Neighbor at 1368 Drexmore called city water 3 weeks ago to report possible water main break. I called last Thursday to follow up as situation getting worse. Constant flow of gushing water into storm drain. Was informed there was no service call arranged. Asked for a service call and offered the project manager's number at the sink hole on runnymede. pressuer under my house is building at noisy pipes keeping family up at night. Has personal plumber visit today and advised call city ASAP as there is noise vibration in street under pavement. My house is in jeopardy of leak damage because of the pressuer and pipes rattling. Called City water again and they had no record of last thursday call or previous neighbors call. said they would try to get out soon. told them this is urgent and needs immediate attention. Was told that if we aren't losing water pressure and there is no leak at our house then they will respond as soon as they can. Plumber advised we are in jeopardy of major future damage leak damages because of the situation worsening.
