Description
The off ramp from 202 to 322 WC Bypass has been blocked since last year. There appears to be nothing wrong with the over pass and no work has ever been done. Creates a huge back up doing morning and afternoon rush hours and dangerous situations for those who do not know the ramp is partially blocked and must merge back into 202 traffic.

Whatever danger those barrels are protecting someone from are creating a very hazardous condition for through traffic on 202N.
Any attorneys out there salivating to sue West Chester Borough or whoever is responsible for the barrels for wrongful death(s)?
