Many pot holes on Park Ave through the full street from Middle Country Rd. at the rear and side entrances to 1070 Middle Country Rd. Selden Strip Center, Jiffy Lube entrance, also rear commercial lot, and a home at the end of street. This street is ignored and in need of being re-paved properly. Taxes are paid for 3 commercial, and 1 residential property along Park Ave and this small street is in need of a proper repaving for years. Any previous attempts to make repairs fall short of a full re-paving and not fixed properly, costing more to do over and over again. Help would be much appreciated, Thank You

This is never properly fixed. A couple of holes have been done but as usual a very poor temporary job that already is falling apart. It looks like they spent 10 minutes to fix it. This road needs to be paved. The front and side entrance to this shopping center of the parking lot are exposed to this forgotten road. Within this year Middle Country Rd. right in front of this location was grinded down and repaved for miles. They used this side road to drop and leave the Middle Country Rd grindings and just left them there. Why cant this small portion of road be repaved and properly maintained? Its only a few hundred feet long.

No this road is not in good shape. Its only a few hundred feet long and not too wide. It needs to properly be repaved. We dont have horse and buggys anymore for dirt roads. We all own costly automobles. This devalues our neighborhood. Getting this repaved would greatly appreciated.

This is still not fixed. We has a strip of stores trying to do business and have big holes outside our rear entrance of the parking lot. The town ignores this paper road. Maybe we should ignore paying taxes too.

This road is terrible. The tenants of 1070 Middle Country Rd Selden cannot even pull out of the back parking lot without falling into major holes.It really is amazing how Brookhaven Highway Department will not properly fix this street. The actions and lack of actions from the town is affecting my business and my tenants vehicles and businesses. What does it take to get this street repaved properly??

Instead of making half hearted patches that come out in a few months then ignored for years. Please put more effort into repaving this road from curb to curb past our 2 driveways. Now the curbs on Middle Country rd is also busted with loose concrete from town breaking it by removing snow.

I will add more pictures. Please repave this road. We are helpless here. It affects our property value and all businesses that rent here. Including the affect of the value of Selden. Very poor efforts if any have been made for years.

Vehicles are getting damaged and people are complaining to the property owner which does not own the road nor should I or could I fix it.

This is looking at Middle Country Rd from Park Ave. Right off of a main state road. The dept of highways says this is a paper road. Except cars and trucks are at least 3,000 lbs that can not ride on paper. The snow and plows rip the dirt and patches up more and more.

The road stays deteriorated at all times going on for more than 10 years. Minimum selective poor quality pot hole repairs may be made. They take the fill from the ground and throw it on the road and leave it there. Not properly squarely cut out and remove the garbage and fill. Also leaving 20 other holes while fixing 1 hole. Obviously comments on click fix don't matter neither does calling town of Brookhaven matter but to barely fix a hole only if its a large damaging hole. Please repave this road without leaving gravel everywhere, do it right.
