Someone has removed the cable from the ground, but it looks as if whoever cut and removed the cable did not have access to a ladder. On E Lane Ave, a strip of about 10 - 12 feet of cable is hanging loose from a pole. The pole is located on E Lane Ave between a beige brick house and red brick house. With a strong wind the cable may wind up hitting the other lines that are attached to the same pole and may cause damage. The other end of the cable was attached to the pole which is located at the corner of E Lane Ave and Lexington St. That strip of cable looks as if it hasbeen stapled against the pole to prevent damage to the other lines attached to that pole.
