I was sent an email saying I had to resubmit a new request. Please note my original request was in 2020 was never completed..the town tree is lifting up the sidewalk making it a hazardous condition. One side of the tree is dead which makes it extremely dangerous in inclement weather. Also note I had to replace tires due to the lift/point on the sidewalk is in my driveway making it difficult to get in and out. Please advise when we can expect to get this fixed
