its just not at this intersection its everywhere! no one seems to know that yellow means slow down that the light is going to turn red....they speed up cause they are in such a huryy to wait at a light for three min. which makes no sense cause the guy ahead of you that just ran the light that you stopped at...your on his bumper at the next light. he just took the risk of killing someone by getting to the next light before you...What Idiots! Portland Vancouver area has the Stupidest drivers I have ever seen....I have driven over a million miles around the country and this to me is one of the worst places to drive....
