I am baffled as to why this new homeowner does not have permits for what looks like a lot of construction work. While I am not necessarily opposed to them adding whatever it is they’re adding- I am annoyed that I have to get permits and got through a process for my construction yet this homeowner just went straight to construction without process. I’m thinking if nothing happens maybe our next project hoes without the permitting process if this is a precedent.
