Thank you for utilizing See Click Fix to inform us about this possibly abandoned or illegally parked vehicle. We have assigned this issue to an officer to address. Please be advised, a California law was changed in 2019 and created an additional rule for police to remove vehicles, Assembly Bill 2876. This Bill does not allow for the towing/removal of vehicles off public city streets without a Community Care Taking need present. Thank you again for reporting on SEE CLICK FIX. Parking Enforcement responded on 9/14/21 and marked/cited the listed vehicle. He did not locate a community caretaking to legally remove this vehicle from the public city street. We appreciate your assistance in keeping our streets and city safe.
