Description

Water is coming up in my basement with something blackish looking in it. I have had the plumber out here several times and has put in several requests with the city. This situation is not the fault of mine, and I would appreciate if the dwsd will address this problem as fast as they do when it comes to the downtown and bettering neighborhoods.
Please stop closing my case when the Detroit Water and Sewerage Dept hasn't done what's necessary to alleviate the problem. My next step is to call the news or someone to bring attention to a much needed request to be fixed.
