Description
We have many bus benches and old signs, but no bus. Without a bus, we are stuck walking nearly a mile and a half to the nearest bus stop on 306. Why erase an old bus route when there are tax paying residents living in the area affected the most?

Laketran is getting hit with major cuts from the idiots in Columbus who think everyone has a car. I highly doubt Laketran is going to add more routes.
To yeap and azc...get a life...not everyone can drive..what about the older people...you will get old one day if you aren't already or would you rather have the old and ill sent to the gas chamber?

To Nurse Cate: I agree with you. Laketran asked its riders to contact Columbus about the planned budget cuts coming soon. I take the #10 downtown CLE M-F. The busses are packed. We need the services Laketran provides.
There are way too many idiots who reply to these message boards. I assume they have nothing better to do, especially work!

The route could be from Grand River or Headlands down Lakeshore to MOL then travel to 306 and turn south on 306 to Tyler then Tyler to Heisley and back to Grand River or Headlands. That would take care of people who need a bus on Heisley as well.
The bus that currently turns onto 306 off Lakeshore could turn at Lost Nation or could turn around at 306 (to get the cross over people)and come back to Lost Nation go up to Route 20 go to Great Lakes Mall then the college and back down Lost Nation to Lakeshore and continue the route toward Eastlake. Just tossing out some ideas that would get some more industry stops on the bus routes.
