Q. Please describe the issue and provide a photo, if applicable.
A. tread has worn for years and needs maintenance; boggy area difficult to out slope, existing drains are packed with sediment/vegetation and no longer effective means of drainage, but a wide pan drain would remedy the repeated standing water. lay down of mixed recycled aggregates with a binder would rebuild the tread and prevent people from currently falling off the wood scraps, tree branches and fence posts kids and adults are using to cross these flooded areas of the trail. this is a hazard having these pending areas over the trail and maintenance is seriously needed on the north side. please resolve as soon as possible.
