Hi,
Yesterday I had Darnell Ross come to my home and demand to see my electric bill. I just moved here so didn’t know if it was electric company or someone who works in building to make sure each tenant has their bill going to their meter. He demanded to see my bill amd said I had to choose a supplier with National Grid- and the best one to save money is Residents Energy. He said I would have 3 days to cancel- I tried to cancel after 16 hours and can’t get a hold of anyone. I sent emails to Nat Grid and residents Wnergy saying I want it cancelled and that I was mislead. I don’t want to be bothered at my home- and he completely lied- he made a phony call to National Grid acting like he was talking to them like he worked for them. I am very angry that he was let In the building and allowed to go door to door to lie about who he was and where he worked. I want this cancelled and have notified Nat Grid as well as Residents Energy but it’s the weekend so will have to wait and see but I wanted to make the complaint on Residents Energy and Darnell Ross.
