Description

resident states the tree is very old, dry, has carpenter ants, but its roots are uplifting the sidewalk to the point where its unwalkable. (handicapped on wheel chair cannot drive by)- resident states it interferes with the american disability act, would like the tree removed and the sidewalk to be made straight and usable
