Block off the streets to access Twickenham Historic area. One of the problems associated with putting anything downtown to increase the traffic and visitors, impacts this area. The residents on certain streets are bombarded by traffic! By limiting access to this area, and making certain streets dead end, it means only residential traffic comes and goes through select entrances to the historic area. It could even affect crime in these areas by limiting access. Holmes, Franklin, Madison, Clinton and other streets would be possible through streets.
